The 3-Month Package includes:
7 Private Virtual Sessions (up to 90-minutes each)
Each session will be customized to what you require that day, and may include movement, meditation, home play, sound bath, stillness, silence, and more.
Red Flag Emergency Sessions (3 total, no longer than 15 minutes each)
These laser calls are to be used if a crisis arises in between sessions and you need more immediate support.
