Here’s our policy for purchasing, cancellations, and refunds. It applies to public classes and workshops organized by Bernadette Pleasant and the Emotional Institute LLC, online or in person. Third-party events at which Bernadette is speaking or offering master classes and workshops will have their own policies.
FEMME! CLASS AND WORKSHOP PURCHASING POLICY
Full payment for classes and workshops are required at time of booking to secure your space. You can pay online or in person, if space is still available. As long as there are places left, classes and workshop bookings can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the event start time. No refund or ticket replacement will be given.
Please note, that the person paying for the class or workshop will receive important registration information that they must forward to the end participant. Bernadette Pleasant and the Emotional Institute, LLC aren’t responsible for the failure of purchasers to forward information to participants in a timely manner, or for their failure to supply the names and email addresses of the participants to the class and workshop organizers.
FEMME! EXPERIENCE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
If you provide more than 24 hours notice to cancel a 90 Minute Femme! Experience, we will be happy to transfer your credit to another upcoming Femme! Experience. This class credit is good for 3 months.
FEMME! EXPERIENCE CLASS PACKAGES POLICY
Femme! offers 3 and 5 Class packages for 90 Minute Femme! 90 Experiences, redeemable for any 90 Minute Experience held within the USA hosted by Creator, Bernadette Pleasant. Once a package is purchased, Participants will receive a class credit in their account for each Femme! Experience purchased in the package. “Credit” refers to any credit to take a Femme! Experience, whether purchased or complimentary.
When buy a 3 or 5 ticket package and you choose to redeem your class credit or transfer a ticket to a friend you must contact us to request to be added to the guest list for the class of your choice. If you are transferring one of your tickets to a friend, please provide the name of the person and their email address for confirmation.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
All sales are final. We urge you to carefully check your calendar to ensure that you are available to attend any workshops you are booking with us. If circumstances change, or something pops up and you are unable to attend, unfortunately, all our workshops are non-refundable.
It’s unlikely to happen, but we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances, especially those outside of our control, such as “Acts of God”. If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option of attending the rescheduled event or receiving a full refund.
If we cancel or reschedule a workshop or other event, we will not be held liable nor will we refund your travel, lodging, or meal expenses. We suggest you make refundable travel arrangements.
