People are waking up right now to what’s been going on for the past 400+ years: systemic, structural, and institutional racism. This waking up process is uncomfortable for many. Yet waking up is necessary and imperative.
This dynamic Online Workshop centered on unlearning racism through the body, storytelling, and deep listening.

How this training is different: We’re face-to-face with an opportunity to heal the divide between races. But we can’t change or heal when we’re contracted in fear or shame. We also can’t change our systems, let alone our personal lives, when our limbic system is so revved up we can’t relax and make difficult and different decisions.
Which is why this 2-Hour Online Workshop includes a lot of what I see missing in other trainings: our bodies and practices designed to calm our nervous systems and allow us to unlearn racism in a real, lasting way.
Who this is for: This is for you, whatever color your skin might be. These important conversations require all of us to get curious, get in our bodies and get listening.
