Women over fifty have bought into this crazy notion that they are old. You’ve stopped moving your body, you’re feeling tired, exhausted, and apathetic. A Love Letter to Your Body is created with you in mind to turn your old and outdated patriarchal belief system that your grandma bought into on its head. To do so with so much compassion and understanding, instead of fighting with it, we’re just saying “No, not for my body and not in this life.”
Like taking warm coconut oil, massaging it slowly on your majestic skin and lubricating joints, hips, and curves, taking skin that may not be as taut as it used to be and celebrating it anyway.
