Both physical war and being at war with ourselves disturb our peace.
Some of the things that disrupts our peace are:
•The need for validation.
•Not letting go of the past.
•Worrying about the future.
•Trying to be perfect.
•The need to control other people.
•Comparison.
What we can control is our:
•Thoughts
•Habits
•Intentions
•Breath
Repeat the mantras as often as needed to promote peace in you body:
